x48T2R - Verifying DMI Pool Data Error out of Blue

Guys my mobo throws out a bunch of errors @ verifying DMI pool time. This happens even when trying to boot from a DVD Drive.
It looks like this even @ stock:

J

I cleared the CMOS, pulled out the battery, etc -- no luck.
Mobo says "FF"

Any ideas?

You sure the CD/DVD you're trying to boot off of is fine?

Are the IDE cables seated correctly?
Take everything off and redo your build again,get that out the way first...

Thanks all for the advice.
This build is a couple of months old and had been working flawlessly till yesterday.

I have 2 SATA DVD Burners -- they can't both be bad one second to the next, right?

My PSU is a Seasonic M12 700w

Ok

Plugging/unplugging 1 HDD at a time: the culprit was my storage drive.

If this is plugged in it gives the error otherwise it will boot just fine (wish I figured this out before I had wiped out my perfectly healthy raid array

If I hot plug the drive in windows, I can access it...
going to run Seagate diagnostic tools...

BTW, can I alter the MBR without wiping out the partition? (1 only)
