    Scratched Aluminium

While in the processes of modding my TJ07, I have lightly scratched the aluminium divider and plates for holding the drive bays.

Can anyone suggest a method for getting rid of the scratchs?

My guess is light use of very fine grain sand paper. Will that it self leave a "grain" like affect on aluminium in the direction I rub it down? If so will carefully rubbing in the same direction have an acceptable appearance?

    Thanks

sand paper? steel wool such as Brillo? but you probably will have to re-surface the entire surface to make it look same...

If you sand too much you might end up with a polished surface/ look. I've never tried this but maybe car polish or scratch removers.
