Need help from anyone who owned any DELL

Hello there,

I Live in israel, and bought a XPS M1330 from someone that
brought the laptop with him from the states.

Now the laptop seems to have a problem with the video card,
I have strange artifacts , and when I checked out the problem,
It was video card for sure - It's the 8400M version btw ...

anyway , dell don't carry international warranty for it's product
in israel, so I wanted to send it to the states , to a friend - so he
can send it to dell.

Can you help me out and tell me can I do it ? will dell ask for invoices ?
how does the whole procedure works ? can I send directly to dell and ask
them to send back to an address in the states ? Any help / Info will
be appreciated !

I've never sent anything back to Dell, but they should not ask for any invoices as they typically will go off the service code on the laptop to get their records. Your friend in the states "should" be able to send/receive to Dell for you.

Agreed. Send it back to your friend and have him send it in to Dell for you.
