New monitor time. Which is best?

Alright I've been racking my brains out and it's time to upgrade my motherboard. I have an acer AL1916w right now and although the response time isn't too bad at 5ms I get bad tearing on this monitor. I'm going to be using this on a second PC now but need a better (and preferably bigger) monitor for my main rig. I'm looking for around a 22" maybe. I've heard good things about the SAMSUNG 2053BW and was wondering if there was a slightly larger monitor by them (or by someone else) for close to the same price that performs similarly. I wanted to stay around the 250-300 price range if possible, but the lower the price the better. Thanks in advanced.
