thats not true

OCZ uses a third party company just like everyone else and there are TONS AND TONS of people b|tching about those OCZ rebates getting denied.

crucial for me was the easiest rebates ever. too bad it takes so long.

this whole 1 rebate per person per household needs to be shoved up the mfg arse too.
screw them, i get 1 rebate on 1 item,, wtf are they retarded...

and lastly make no mistake about it boys,, that is $42 ram,, thats all it is,,, that ram is crap,, let me say that again and again,, CRAP CRAP CRAP.
if you just want some ram to stick in a system or upgrade an old one get this,,,

czsaidthat mine wa denied and they were sending me the forms, i dropped the rebate at the post office on a saterday and it said that it was rejected becouse of post mark and i had to send it by that tuesday so i wont be buying oc again ever (promos ics are bad enough)

Crucial rejected my rebate on my Ballistix, supposedly because I had purchased them outside of the promotional date. BS! My invoice clearly showed they were purchased within the date stated on the rebate sheet.

Got my kit in, memtesting at DDR2-940 ~2.05v 5-5-5, haven't tried tightening anything yet, just going for max mhz
