100 posts why no buy and sell???

so I hit 100 posts yesterday, and am not able to go to the buy/sell section, why not?? is it a glitch??

LoL!! Dude, if you look at your posts, looks like you spammed your way to 100. Its at the MODS discretion if you get to see it or not, so if they feel you spammed, your not going to get in for a while.

First off, do a search, there have been numerous topics about this. Second, it doesn't happen instantly. Third, spamming your way there is a good way to get access revoked, either temporarily or permanently. Having just joined last month, already at 100 posts, even if you didn't spam your way there the mods may make you wait longer since that was so quick.

Tough beans but that's how it works. Besides, XS doesn't have $50 nehalems or anything like that in there, nothing special.

Gentlemen;
We seem to do this thread at least monthly but since no one bothered to look at the threads I'll say it as nice as I can.
The FS section here is not a given right but a privledge.
The staff wants it that way and for good reasons.
They want the members to have a feeling that the people they are dealing with are straight and honest.
Now things do happen and thieves do get by but for the most part all deals go well.
The FS section is for contributing members. Read that slowly..Contributing..
Not posts of 'WOW" and "GREAT" and stuff like that.
Also I sometimes think that some new people here weren't gifted by God with common sense.
To post 75 times in a day then stop at post #101 and then make a thread saying " When do I get FS section access" is to be nice,dumber than a fencepost.

I got my pair for $60.00 each..but had to pay $75.00 for the board and got screwed on the DDR3-1333 ECC memory.. $100.00 for 6-1 gig sticks..

Maybe I lucky, Maybe I honest. I had access at 101 posts but the FS part of XS was not the reason I post here. It is an excellent community with lotsa smart and helpful people. I strive to be a helpful person. I strive to learn. It's a great place with or without FS forum.

Try and enjoy XS forums for what it is.. a wonderful source of information and help, frequented by many interesting, friendly and nice people. FS may come eventually. But that isn't really what you are here for right?
