The panda with the 1.3 mjet ( 69 bhp ) goes from 0-100 km/h in about 13 seconds..
Good luck importing a diesel, its going to need to meet 2007 EPA Diesels specs, which are ungodly stricter then what we had beforeIndeed.
You can get them in the US, but they're ato get.
Or you could import a SEAT Leon or Ibiza TDI from Mexico...
