    E8400 + Abit ip35 pro + dice = ....

    Hi!

    I ran my E8400 under dice, and this what i got.

    No, just ended explorer.exe, realtime on superpi. And i quit all other applications. Memory was 1:1 5-5-5-15. It was OCZ PC8500 reaper.

    nice but I think you can go lower than that. Tweak the memory man, sub8 is yours

    nice bench , what was the motherboard cooling and the memory used .
    2600K working in 4.8 GHZ so far

    2600k @(4600 Ghz) 1.42v : (under water)
    Asus B2 mobo
    4 GiG DDR 2400 MHZ
    GTX 570 @ 1.063v ( 910/1820/2001 Mhz) .(under water).
    1020 W PSU

    not bad neighbor .. tweak those memory timings little bit an you will be able shave off few seconds from your superPi times

    Ram with really loose timings for the 1m run .
