    Bios wont save settings! x48

    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-x48-DQ6

    CPU: Q9450

    Memory: OCZ Platinum PC2-8000

My bios wont save my fsb settings. I can change other stuff in my bios but the fsb wont change, not up not down. Just the default when the pc reboots. Had it on 3.2 ghz before then i tried to change some memory settings and it returned to default. Have also updated my bios to F7B, AFTER the problems occurred.

Tried to sett everything else on auto, but when i got in to windows the bios had changed the core voltage to 1,5 but the fsb was the same. So i rebooted and and changed the voltage down again (Manual).

In the menu i the bios the fsb is the setting i set my self, but i dosent change for real.

Could be a corrupt bios mate..; can you pop the CMOSS battery and then put it back in, reset Cmoss via jumper and reboot then and set settings again...
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree
