    FrozenCPU 10% Discount Code

Hey guys, any of you planning to purchase anything from FrozenCPU you can use the discount code "pcapex" without the quotes to recieve 10% off, just placed a order with them a few minutes ago and it still worked. Don't know how long it will be valid. Enjoy!

Really depends upon the item.....some things are cheaper than most other places. Some things are higher, some lower.....like with almost any other store.

Yeah, when they sold Thermochill rads they were evenly priced with other vendors. That plus this discount code and lack of stock at other places is why I bought all my Thermochills at FrozenCPU.

Shame they don't sell them anymore.

the shipping is insane with them (even if I like the site), they quoted me $45 to ship to SWE and PTS did it for $10. Guess who gets my business?
They say the definition of madness is doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

Frozen cpu has shady business practices. I wouldn't buy from them if it were half price !

i've never had a problem with frozencpu and for me their shipping has been similar to newegg and many times less than ppc's. ppc's charges me shipping 2x the weight of what it should be.

I just bought a Feser 360 from Frozen CPU that was dented, as was the box it came in. It was packed well inside a much larger box, so I kinda doubt it occurred during shipping. I know for sure I didn't damage it. It's not even the fact that I'm going to be out $75 or so on shipping it there and back, and that's assuming they even replace it (which I don't know for sure yet), it's actually more aggravating that the CEO has been rude and accusatory in his emails. (This after spending over $1000 there in the past month.)
I'll never give them another dime.
    Is this a joke?

I HATE frozen cpu.... around the end of 06
I ordered a part listed as "in stock", they charged my card and I got a confirmation email and then one saying it had shipped and eta of 3 days.
Days pass, part doesn't show up, I call and get the run around, then they tell me they never had it in stock and that it was listed as "in stock for pre order" and call me a liar when I say it was not.
The smart ass kid on the phone tells me they won't have the part for 9 more days and they will send it when they get it.
I tell him another site would have my part a week earlier just refund my money. He tells me only the owner does refunds and he's out of town.
I tell him that I'll just handle it through my bank and the kid tells me if you do that we'll tie your money up for months.
Needless to say I really wanted to do bad things to him.
I just waited and finally got my part. Now I tell everyone I can about my experience with those little punks.

The true test of a retailer is when things do go wrong. Thats usually when you find out who you're dealing with. Some of the best reviews on retailers are written when the retailers deal with problems.
