I noticed I was downloading files at 1.5-2MB/sec today. That obiviously means our new line has been connected. MJ12 here I come

Thanks guys. One question though. I selected to DL only .nl, .be and .de domains, but those have quite large average page sizes. At least they are considerably larger than what I was used to some time ago, when I only did .com and .org.
What is more important here, low latency or smaller page size? I mean, if I don't download as much I could do more work right?

I don't have a solid answer but you could do a test run, say a few hours for both options and see what the results say. I'm leaning towards .nl/.be/.de to produce more url's per hour than higher latency .com/.org's due to your 1.5-2MB/sec connection, which would burn through even the bigger but closer(geographically) webpages. Also don't know if you did already update your node with the most recent build(MJ12node v1.6.1)
Wonder if that would help my connection. Not entirely sure though. Ive selected most URLs save a few annoying ones with massive lag (KR,CN,INFO).
My connection is usually 8mbit, get approx 100k an hour with all domains.

Martijn, stay away from .de, they are heavy, and will drag you down.

A day with .de gives me about a mill less than a day with .com, with the same amount of data.
