Today finally I could spend a little more to this super motherboard signed Foxconn belonging to the category Quantum Force ... as more than a week that is at home ... ready to be placed under press

As you know, our QX does not promise anything good, but the mobo has shown excellent stability ...Thank's Peter

I will start to test E8500 tonight. Chip can do 610fsb on air, so it is not limiting here. My older blackops was a lot better with tight timings and low (400- 450fsb) fsb. That was with quad of course.
You are as good as your samples are!

then, the g20 and p03 see the multiplier with wolfdale, but not go up ... stops in 520x6 of fsb which is a nullity than I did on the 790i, 600mhz always with that processor.

an anomaly known ... 2T imposed by bios and in windows I 1T notes, both with the cellshock that with kingston

    You're welcome M8....

......and Shamino WHAT HAVE YOU DONE my friend?.....
I see here some people "fighting" for a motherboard......

EDIT: I riped the Northbridge heatsink and have cuted the heatpipes of it so to keep onto board the Mos-Fet cooling and the South cooling....On it's place I have placed a Swiftech heatsink with a DELTA 4 x 4cm 10000rpms......DON'T DO IT.....I LOST ~ 3 - 5*C of the Northbridge.....
With higher VNorth and default heatsink I was ~41*C and now I'm ~45*C......
EVERYTHING IS PURE COOPER there.....I have "scratched" the heatpipes and the North block and they are pure cooper......NO "painted" aluminum.....

wow this board really is creating a stir ...

Awesome design and awesome bios. I think maybe we have a new level for the competition to reach.

Well done to everyone involved in creating such a overclocking masterpiece. Now i think ill go and look to find one to buy for myself

Like Peter suggested, these private matters should be discussed privately. I'm asking it too.
Some cleaning could be done, if some mod have time.
    Thank you!

Now, let's talk about this great pice of hardware
You are as good as your samples are!

Huh..... - not even 520 FSB? WTF..........

Can't imagine that this great board dosn't do it............

I'm running an E8500, up to 8.5 x 542 FSB with 5:8 divider on ASUS MAXIMUS EXTREME - my RAM also runs 1000MHz on that board with 1:2 divider - and I'm very interested in buying a BLACKOPS but I need at least 500 FSB...

So is there a special trick? Anyone else with other / further tests done on BLACKOPS with a WOLFDALE?

    If nothing works nomore......:

    Theoreticly this bord is PERFECT.

To bad theory isn't always the real matter. I'm not saying this is a bad board because it's not! It's just not as perfect as foxconn had wanted. Not as high fsb as expected and not very stable with graphic cards.

I think foxconn tried to deliver the ultimate motherboard and partially they did but there are many things that could be improved

It's tuned for quadcore overclocking, not for wolfdale overclocking. The low FSB with wolfies is due to the chipset, not due to Foxconn quality.
Where courage, motivation and ignorance meet, a persistent idiot awakens.
