...Cant run Dual Channel?

Heres the perdicament.

1 stick in Bank 3 works fine.
1 stick in Bank 4 doesn't.
2 sticks in Bank 4 doesn't.

If this my CPU or motherboard? I've tested both my 2200 CL8 sticks in Bank 3 with CPUNB at 2800 and they work fine @ 1600 6-6-6-18 1.58v.

Have you tried resetting cpu mount? A bend board can also cause single channel syndrome.

Thanks, it's fixed now. Remounted the CPU and it booted right up. Whether it's stable or not I'm soon to find out.
