give more voltage to memory, and manually set it to CL5-5-5-15 Ganged.
Adobe is working on Flash Player support for 64-bit platforms as part of our ongoing commitment to the cross-platform compatibility of Flash Player. We expect to provide native support for 64-bit platforms in an upcoming release of Flash Player following the release of Flash Player 10.1.

Personally I'm "slightly" worried about getting a DS5.

On the Gigabyte website: The DS4 and DQ6 DO happen to list the 9750 95W and the 125W 9750 @2400Ghz AND the 125W 9850 @2500Ghz.

BUT The DS5 only shows the 95W and 125W 9750. It doesn't list the 9850.

    <cry>

I hope it works and that's not a bad thing.

I'm waiting for an RMA. (My Phenom blew up on day #2 running Sandra on a DFI 790FX which I RMA'ed thinking it was the motherboard. They were out... so I got a Giga790FX-DS5 at a local store. I'm starting to think the "blow up" was a coincidence... it was just time for it to blow up. Everything was set at stock at that point. Except I had the memory at 2.1V as it is "supposed" to be. But perhaps if the DFI board is incorrect on the voltage settings... might it have actually been MORE than 2.1V and caused the IMC to blow up?? Who knows. Time will tell.)

Might also be your PSU tripping OCT Protection on the rail supplying power to the CPU.

did you set tRFC to 195ns? also you may have to increase the voltage to around 1.85V real to get stable at 800 and 2 to 2.1V if you go to 1066 mode
Got a problem with your OCZ product....?

I think it's the board. I just pulled my second DS5, never have been able to get it stable. Would just up and reboot when put under stress. Setting manual RAM timings seems to help a little but never gets it completely stable. I tried 3 brands of RAM (Wintec, GSkill and Corsair) no difference.
IMO, Stay away from the GBT 790FX series. I love my P35-DS3P and others see to be doing well with X2s in the other spider chips. It just seems to be the 790s.

I don't have any problem with the DS4 and Phenom 9500@2.50Ghz.
Can play games and do prime95 at the same time and never reboots ore something like that.
Vcore is set to 1.344v to get the phenom stable
    9,5x263HTT ram@528Mhz with 2.1v.
nb and ht are equal @1841Mhz
Leave the voltages at auto except for ddr voltage and vcore.
To much nb voltage gives me freeze and reboots.
    Bios is F4

Hmm... My DS4 works fine with my 4850e. But at stock settings, the nb would get insanely hot - painful to touch the HS. Once I locked all of the voltages, it seems much cooler.

My second DS4 is also dead ,the PWM went bad.
This is my 2e DS4,Now I have the MSI K9A2 Platinum and everything is okay now.
I can now do prime en do lots of things without any reboot ore freeze.
