The way I plan my vid card purchases are thru CompUSA $20 walkin warranties If a card happens to fry...I take it back and "cry" for another under the warranty. It makes for rather inexpensive replacements(benching abuse) or generational upgrades such as the Radeon 9700 and future NV30 cards, at merely $20 replacement/upgrade
