Phenom X4 9850 /dk 790fx-m2rs opinions?

hi , a mate of mine is building a high end system. but doesnt want to overclock at all. i know , i did try to convince him ,but hes not into it.
but he does want amd and a load of performance.
i recomended this over a athlon x2.

-dk 790fx-m2rs (ive recently become a massive dfi fan after buying a ltx48t2r)

-Phenom X4 9850

-he wants a 650wt seasonic psu. im told him it may not be enough with a 125wt cpu and 3drives high end gpu etc. im thinking 750wt or even 850wt.

opinions? remember his not overclocking but still needs performance as hes big on gaming.

650W would be fine for him, as long as he doesn't go past 3870X2 CF.

I would go the Gigabyte DS5 or M2R, M2RS isn't on the same tier as those two boards... then again he's not overclocking so even a K9A2 Plat would be fine for him...
