To be honest, I don't think that it has to be MCI PC150 RAM. I think that MCI never produced their own chips.

I think its Micron -7E.

I have found KINGMAX PC150, more while anything is not present on EBAY.

I'm pretty sure that the MCI PC150 is not Micron based. I had those sticks back then and Micron chips definately look different.
But there are other good chips, too, no questions asked.

I still have a SL6BY sitting on a box doing nothing, I also remember having a Celeron 1.4Ghz, those were good chips. Nothing like the Tualatin core.
