is there any way to have one of these setup for, say a constant 5c or 10c just to keep form having to worry about condensation.

i would have gotten into chilled cooling, but condensation is an instantation concern and inevidability...

Hold on...I don't get it. I've got a few issues with this...

Tweaktown reviews it with a TEC = people come down HARD on TT for not testing it for proper heat dissipation

Tweaktown review it and find the build quality is lacking = people come down hard on OCZ

    THEN

Fugger says he has one = it is God's gift to cooling

Fugger says he will use it on an E8400 and 9850BE = oooooo I have to buy this. (But GOD I hope to see some good clocks from that AMD)

This is not meant to bash or insult anyone. I am just wondering how everyone's opinion can turn around on a dime after ONE POST.

Maybe someone could explain this all to me and tell me what I am missing. Is it because there will be a contest? Is it because of the cut-rate price?

I mean, anyone else remember THIS THREE PAGE THREAD

I think the fact that someone with background knowledge and a solid understanding of single-stage cooling and sub-ambient benching holds a bit more water than the previous reviews. To be honest, my little brother could do a better review than they did. Fugger will no doubt push the Cryo-Z to the limits which is precisely what we want to see.

I too think it looks like a great product....as long as all the units do not have the build quality as seen in the TT review.

The simple matter of the fact is that if Fugger approves it then heck I will buy one myself at that price since I respect his views on products. I just want to see it being pushed. Not from an AMD quad that will top out at 3.5Ghz.

All I was alluding to is that we shouldn't count our chickens before they are hatched.

I wouldn't discount that Phenom so quickly. It seems to be a very hot chip compared to the QX9650 and below so it might actually have the ability to push the Cryo-Z if the chip will actually boot. God I hope it does, I would love to see some 3.8GHz-4GHz Phenom benches.

    , I can't use that on CoolerMaster's 690 without making a wooden/acrylic/metal spacer that's about 1" thick...

    Max Stable Load: 120W

^ That's very dissapointing, but expected for the price point.

If only I didn't live in a region where it's so humid, freshly baked bread starts to grow mold as soon as you pull it out of the oven.

It wouldn't be too smart to use phase with 110->220 adapter, and i know that OCZ had no plans in making 220v unit, but for that price making 220v unit would gain some nice cash. Only problem would be repairing and shipping overseas.

    110V @ 220V ~200-300W adapter will be resonoable cheap
so no problem with it, only oversea shipping will be overkill

anyway, I am wondering who will mod his cryo-z cooler first
