    Op1200

I've been running OCCT lately trying to get everything stable on my new chip and while looking through the graphs it generates after the tests are done I came across this:

Can someone comment on these? It just doesn't seem right. I sent these graphs to tech support over at Silverstone but haven't received a response yet. Everything that this PSU runs is in my sig, minus 2 Raptors at the moment.

    Seriously?

You are using software.....you might as well be shooting in the dark.

I wan't using OCCT to check the ripple on the 3.3V, 5V, or 12V lines. I just came across them when looking through the Vcore/Temp charts and thought they looked strange. If they appear that way due to the fact that software was used to monitor the lines then great, I am happy.

You can't use OCCT "to check for ripple on the 3.3v, 5v or 12v lines".

But you are using software to monitor voltages...which is useless.

Yeah. These graphs tell you nothing.

It's not ripple, you need a scope for that. And although it looks like poor regulation because the voltages keep dropping below spec, since they are readings from the Hardware Monitor chip they really can't be trusted in the first place.

Software readings are crap. If you think you are seeing slow bopuncing rails, see if your DMM catches it?

Yeah, those are some fairly long (time-wise) drops, so most DMMs should be able to catch them. Some of those drops were even getting close to about 30 seconds in length before they returned back to normal.
