    Cheapest Mac Retailer?

I'm looking to get a laptop in the near future, and quite like the macbook, I don't need a macbook pro. I plan to put Windows on it anyway, I just prefer the macbook laptops for the shape when closed and the decent size you get.

I'm in the UK... so US retailers aren't really an option. Is the apple store the cheapest or can I go elsewhere and find one cheaper? I prefer the black but white is an option.

Apple prices are regulated so you won't find much of a difference in price unless it was refurbished or a display model.

Just do as little "upgrades" you can possibly do on the Apple Store.
RAM you can buy and do yourself cheaper. It's easy and it doesn't void the warranty

The universe will go on, indifferent to our brief existence, but while we are here we touch not just part of that vastness, but also the lives around us. Life is the gift each of us has been given. Each life is our own and no one else's. It is precious beyond all counting. It is the greatest value we have. Cherish it for what it truly is."

I recommend the refurbs on apple's website. They are always essentially brand new and come with a full warranty. They are significantly cheaper too.

Also, how difficult, if possible at all, is a graphics upgrade in a macbook?

I know it's impossible in the Macbooks and IIRC it's impossible in the Macbook Pros too.

You can in an iMac, but not in a Macbook Pro yet. The GPU is kind of soldered on...

    Ahh...

Damn. That would of probably made it more appealing, I don't game anyway, I just don't like integrated graphics. It's tolerable I guess, how well does that chip work with Aero?

The Penryn ones work fine but the previous ones can get a bit slow.
