BIP 12o vs mcr120

Is there a difference between these two rads? i'm talking the single 120 setup, not the doubles or triples.

I know swiftech says the mcr is made for low cfm fans but the sticky says that a BIP is also ment for low noise this still true?

one last question, what is the fitting size for the BIP? at petras it just says 12.5mm (1/2") connector is it G1/4 like the mcr or something different?

Pretty sure there's a negligible difference between the two, if any. HW Labs uses G1/4 on their radiators exclusively AFAIK.
