SPDTool was designed for DDR2 SDRAM and later adapted for DDR SDRAM, and was never updated for DDR3 SDRAM.

Older, unregistered, versions of Thaiphoon Burner could allow edits and some more manipulation. It seems that now there is a version for registering and a version for DEMO.

If you do not want to pay for any of the software, my recommendation would be to use an older version of Thaiphoon Burner (6.9-ish, I think worked) if you can find one, a text editor with Find and Replace functionality, and a Hex editor. Data can be shuffled between the various software and edited until the desired result is attained. Flashing the EEPROM data may be an issue, though; there does not seem to be other software to flash the DDR3 EEPROM other than SPDTool (which might work for flashing).
