    Samsung 642JJ 640gb HDD underperforming

I have bought this hdd and i think that he is underperforming but i dont know why. He is attached to SATA port on gigabyte x48-dq6 motherboard, and itel drivers are instaled. In HDTune average transfer rate is 58,5 MB/sec, but i read on some reviews that average transfer rate of this disk is around 90 MB/sec and I am getting maximum transfer rate 77,6. Anybody knows what is the problem? Here are some HDTune sreens and sorry for my english!!
