Is My Q6600 G0 safe at these settings?

hi, I recently built my first mid/high-end rig, and since it's the first time I overclock anything I was wondering what can happen to my cpu at these settings. Will it die faster? Is there going to be any chip degradation because of the speed/voltage I'm using?

    I have a thermalright 120 ultra extreme with a Scythe S-flex 1600 fan.

    Thanks

    That is excellent temps.
Your chip should be just fine on that frequency/voltage.
