I know I am a little bit too late, ~½year or so, but I just trid to run my AQZFA @ 2500+ @ 1.45v , and it is rock stable/prime 95 stable. There maby isn't any huge difference between a xp-m and a regular xp ?

No I got a crappy Vulcano 7+, but it is better than a stock hfs anyway...

My temp are "that" good, but far from bad, currently ~34ºC, load ~40ºC

temps in the range of 30°C+? must be something wrong then, try reseating the cooling head!

    hehe
Thats the socket diode not the CPU diode temp .

CPU diode under prime load averages 0c and the evap reads -14c more or less .

Thats with the compressor working at 60% too .

If I up the compressor to 100% it gives no more OC , but lowers the average temp a bit . I will have to do the vcore mod to push this CPU more .
I hear the mobiles can get quite a kick in speed when you give them over 2.0v , I just have not got around to doing it yet

interesting.. the IQYFA look like the god chips. my IQYHA and your AQYFA are only one letter off but clock very well. wonder if we'll ever know wtf the stepping means? lol

it looks as though the F being an H is worse than the I being an A. im not sure if my chip can hang at 2.5gig with 1.8v

Just started playing so I can't claim the right of full stability but so far it's looking good.

Currently priming, 2 hours and counting at 2.8 (13x215.5) 1.94v 39c water cooled on an NF7-S rev 2.

    Very, very nice.

    My 2500+ is doing 2400MHz (12 . 200) @ 1.7v with rather high ambient temps and a brand new application of AS5.

It did 11x200 @ 1.6 rock stable, probably less but I never tested it.

IQZFA 349 RPMW in case anyone was wondering.

Just got my mobile today. Similar steping to this. IQYFA0343MPMW. I think its week 0340 tho. I was too excited to check but i will after burn in. Was able to get 2 gigs at 1.5 with a temp of 30C all air in a warm room. Lettin it burn in overnite with 1.9v going in it. Hopefully its like MediOCre's and Hallowed's but ill keep ya posted.

    Cheers!

Small update: Requires 1.73v actual (1.725 in BIOS).

Prime is good, 3DMark and UT2k4 passed.

    Wonderful chip!

2460 is good for browsing so far @ 1.73. Ambient dropped 10 degrees though (70F now).

Just slowly inching up the chip at low volts, fav method of burn-in.

I am truly impressed with this chip so far.

i did that with mine.. set it at 1.8v, then just jacked up the speed.

ended up at around 2675 with 1.8v and it lasted for a while in windows. i think it might have even run sandra!

What cooling? SLK900A and a 43CFM 80mm here, decently quiet setup.

    edit: 2500MHz @ 1.78v now, browsing about.
