Abit IX38 QuadGT or Gigabyte X38-DS5?

Hi mates,

I'm still looking for new components to put into my new system. Now i buyed an new Abit IX38 QuadGT from someone for 135 euro's. Now i can change it with a guy for a Gigabyte X38-DS5. I want a motherboard which can reach the ~475 (460 to 500+) FSB and i want the maximum performance of my HD3870's in CF. Which board is better for my usage?
