Help! Bought a variac without a plug or receptacle

Hello. I hope you guys can help me with this. First off, I don't know much about electrical stuff, so please forgive me.

My problem is this: I bought a 12 amp variac (powerstat 117BT), but it has no plug and no 3-prong receptacle. I knew this before buying it, and figured that I could find (and wire) those two things easily enough. But, I haven't been able to find either to buy, and still have no idea how to wire it up even if I did buy them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Here's what I bought: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...id=p2759.l1259

Try to look up the model on the manuf. website (if they have one) and see if they have a wiring guide.

I've never seen one that didn't have all that stuff by default, but this should be easily rectified. Grab a shorter 3-wire extension cord, cut it in half or so, and use the two ends for your connections. 3-prong male end for the wall plug, and the female end as the variable output plug. I'm going to assume that thing has a built-in fuse.
New system in the works: 2-loop Watercooled Q6600 & 8800GT setup.
