    No... and won't in the future cause my Cooler-Master PSU have fried today, killing this board along with a VGA card. That really really sucks!

    Yours doesn't include OVP removal. You may wish to try mine in order to push the vCORE above the OVP limit (if your chip can handle it BTW).

    we never reach the OVP with the jmax's mod (what is the limit ?)

    Depends on the board I guess. Maybe 1.82 to 1.84 actual vCORE is the average max for OVP; and then the board stops running.

    We were never limited in our benchs (1.95V on yorkfield).

    All boards are protected with OVP. Did you actually measure vCORE with a DMM?

    GB X48 have no ovp
    and X38 have a simple mod to remove it as well
    asus boards have OVP mods as well IIRC

    Of course with a multimeter . Maybe that my P5E3 WS have a OVP but over 1.95V which was useless for our benches.

    I'm really sad to see that this PSU killed your hardware like it...

    Thx That's made me sick. The PE3 is a nice board to play with. BTW, I've tons of other ones actually, Foxconns ES, MSI, etc.
