Lian Li PC-7B PLUS II Q

    http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...oducts_id=2709

I just fell in love w/ this case. Roomy for latest hardware, yet small and simple looking. Very nice. Might just get this instead of the p182se.

Are there any newer revisions or better versions though? Just want to make sure. Or any other better small lian cases?

Feel free to point me to other lian cases. Must be ATX though, no MicroATX please. And must be black.

Windows are a plus (but i could always just install my own)

That's a nice case. I have the PC-60 which is similar, but uses 80mm fans. It is a very well built case. I am a fan of simplicity and elegance and Lian Li's usually fit the bill.

I really like the A05B but would I be able to fit everything i need to in it with decent cooling?

Would a TRUE fit in it?

What about a Ultra x3 800wt? I think its standard sized.

And im only going with 1 gpu, but would length be a problem?

And im wondering where ill cut holes for wire management?

That PC-8B seems like a bit larger and nicer version of the 7B plus II.

edit: did you check out the silverstone ft01?

and im not going to paint the inside since im going to be coating almost all surfaces with acoustic foam

Actually I like the 7B plus II the more I look at it. Maybe a bit cramped, but probably OK for 1 gpu...

I have no plans on going dual gpu
i like to stay as simple as i can
thats why i ditched wc, i can get good temps and oc's on good air

my main inspiration is krame's build here:

I am fairly sure the PC-A05 would fit a TRUE. I can't find the picture now but someone on [H] had one it in if I'm remembering correctly. It is a small case but a bit wider than most midtowers. Of course if you went with a 5" screen it wouldn't fit in the drive bays.

But, I also like the PC-7.

I own the PC-A17A (-A17B is black), cause I think it's simply sexy. Chose that over the previously favoured PC-60A Plus II.
You could might aso like the PC-60FW...

Well I definitely am going LianLi, but I need some more help here.

i want a smaller case, midsized i suppose, with removable mobo tray, room for a 3 5.25'' bay lcd video module, and 1 optical, black, with no mesh.

I say the PC-7 Plus II, but breathemetal you probably already knew I'd say that. Some of the other Lian Li's that I was looking at were the A16 and A17. I liked the fact that it had 5.25 bays down the entire front panel and removable mobo tray. Those PC-7's from million dollar pc inspired me to go with the PC-7.

IDK if this can even be answered yet but would a PCA17B have problems housing a Coolermaster V10 or V12?

Does Lian Li make a window for the PC-A17B?

I really like the PC-7B with a window....simple/standard ATX spec and badass Lian Li craftmanship.
