ka lok, can you tell me what water block you're using for that P5W DH Deluxe and how you're mounting that block? More interested with how the mounting goes, as it looks like you're using screws.

By the way, all those are mighty fine cases.

The TJ-07 indeed is very good for water cooling as the lower compartment can store the rads, pumps, etc. Anyway, I'm thinking of getting TJ-09 and build an acrylic compartment below to hold the rads, etc.

Does it make a lot of sense?

I had a TJ09 that I built for watercooling. I ended up selling it and going with a TJ07, its much better suited for storage of rads etc.

I don't think that acrylic compartment will have room inside the case. I have a tj09 now and its a fantastic air case.. just not so ideal for WC. I'm planning on selling this case soon and getting the TJ07 since the space on the bottom is drool worthy.

I thought of making the acrylic case and have it underneath the casing (which means the TJ-09 sits on top of the acrylic case).

The TJ-07 indeed is very suitable but the model is a little old and not to mention it costs more than the TJ-09/10.

Ah, sorry for not being clear on that one.

I was refering to the NB block and how you mounted it with hooks and springs. Is it a kit that you buy or could I get that at a local hardware store?

Aha! Thank you for that link with the water block and "hook hold down kit"

I suppose that kit applies to all of them for the US too?

OK, here's a few pics of mine... the hardware has changed since I took these, but once I get a block for my GX2 I'll post some new ones!

The pic above is how it is atm, except Ive just switched the GTX for a GX2.

The pic below, is how it was originally done - as an SLI rig (hence the two loops).

The reason for the change was after my 7th 680i board crapped out on me in about 6 months, i got pissed off, sold a GTX and bought the DFI P35 at xmas. Its run rock stable since then, and since I now have a GX2 im getting pretty similar performance, but on a superior chipset imo. Ive just ordered an EK GX2 block, and I'll update when its installed!
    System Specs:
    Core i7 2600k
    Asus Maximus V Gene
    4x2gb G-Skill Ripjaw 2133mhz
    MSI Radeon R9 290X
    Asus Xonar Essence STX
    2x Crucial M4 256gb RAID 0
    Seagate 7200.12 3TB HDD
    Corsair AX860i.

    Watercooling Specs
EK Supreme HF, XSPC EX360, XSPC EX240, DDC Ultra w/aquacomputer top, Aqualis XT res, Kryographics 290X GPU block

Thanks guys... took along time to get that build together, but it was certainly worth it in the end!

    Recent Update

I have added 2 new radiators to the loop and replaced the Petra top with the XSPC top. Originally, I had the MicroRes attached to the side of the 5" bays, hidden behind the removable side without the window. I couldn't fit the side back on because of the width of the MicroRes, so I put the Res onto the inside of the 5" bays, above the HD rack. The tubing to the Res is too long and the tubing from the res to the pump is too long, and I will correct that or move the Res soon. but you get the picture...

    Love this thread!!!

Here is my first attempt at watercooling and much inspiration was taken from the brilliant works of AndyM, ladderman and others. Over all I am very happy with it and already I have been able to bump my processor from 3.2 to 3.6ghz. Will be making a few changes over the coming months - mainly putting video card into the loop when the next ones come out in a couple of months. A couple of pics with my crappy camera phone.

Thanks in advance for any advice / critiques
