    The only reason the ketchup works is the acetic acid in there. Same thing as vinegar, and the vinegar is faster. Isopropanol won't do anything for mineral deposits, since calcium is not soluble in alcohol (at least not isopropyl).

    Just curious: What are you using in your loop that would result in mineral deposits?
