    965P DS4 - > P35 DS4, worth to upgrade ?

Basically today i was about to get 2 Q6600 G0 to replace my C2D, since i am working most of the day with video editing software, the performance gain from a dual to a quad core really worth the investment, and to be honest, they are uber cheap nowadays @ Israel.

Sounds easy but i have some questions, since my motherboard doesn't support the future Penryns nor FSB-1333 CPU's (not even with a BIOS update), i thought about changing both Motherboard for a pair of P35-DS4 (could be from other company) and stick with the C2D untill the 45nm quads are out, i cant afford the current Yorkfields extreme edition .

Last question, on my first rig the TwinMOS memory doesn't go past 905Mhz with 2.1v, so i would like to know if the P35 motherboards support FSB:RAM dividers, on the 965p the best i can do is 1:1 which totally limits me cause the crappy ram i own.

Excuse my bad English and thank you for reading, hope to hear your opinions.
