    OK need some info

    Ok i have been around here for a bit but dont post much (i suck at spelling and im 30 well im a carpenter leave me alone) ok im finlly going with Intel after all the years with amd ok im getting a 2.4c chip but i can get the asus p4800-e delux or the p4800 one has the canterwood chip set and the other has the springdale.
    ok is the extra 75 dollers worth it that much im a overclocker and a gamer i got a 9700pro pc3500 ram and a WD baracuda 10.000rpm sate to go with it wich one and any other info will help
    Man after all the years i feal like a newbe again lol

    WD barracuda?: 10k:? I think you have a raptor, barracudas are Seagates at 7200rpm

    I think with springdale you should be fine, ABIT IS7 is a very nice overlclocker, so as Asus P4P, make sure you get a SLW6F Malay P4, that will give you about 3.5 Ghz

    The mobo is at you choice, I´ve gone abit and can bench 3d up to 305mhz on air, that give a 3660mhz p4 on air

    Yes i ment raptor it was 1.30am and was drinking lol so i got the raptor and P4C800E motherboard
    the chip is a 2.4 sl6wf philippines not a Malay but how you think it will do???

    Wow doing good so far im at 3.3 275x12with temp's around 34c to 38c with stock cooling v-core at 6.50 looks like i got a good chip cant wait to get a water block for this baby
