Currently best board for high stable FSB and DDR3 with a dual core?

Title. What is the best board right now for the highest possible dual core stable (prime, crunch, etc.) FSB that also runs DDR3? Anything that avoids Asus? This would be a dual core e8500 wolfdale system on 24/7 phase.

X38 has shown problems with stable high FSB I believe, yes? Or is that only the DDR2 versions of X38?
