    nice,, but overclock the crap out of it otherwise this ATI card is going to make you look bad at more than 1/2 the price.

    2900 and 38x series from ATI are benchmarking queens... This obviously does not translate to RL fps.

    not to mention that is a massively overclock 3870 anyway.

    LOL, that is true. I can't game on these clocks for more than 20 min, always errors out with a VPU recover dialog.

    Give me 0.25 V on the memory and .25V on the core and I'll be ready to dance with the GTX all day. Surely I can't beat it, but I may be within 1k points.

    i know i just had to give you a hard time that the 3870 is beating your Ultra.

    i love my GTX and those 3870's can go suck an egg lol.

    The 3870 in that other thread ran 3dmark06 at 1280x800, not the default resolution of 1280x1024.
