insulation foam being applied in these molds

now i wait 24 hours on these 2 to cure before i can start cutting the foam.
i still have a GPU to do that one is tricky because hose and cap tube have to be all done at once.i will try and get something posted tonight on the baker GPU block ,by the way all the block's seen in here so far has been made by my friend baker18

next is GPU block after i had connected the cap tubing.and this is one i cannt get the cap tubing inside the suction line with out alot of trouble.it will more than handle and GPU heat load with ease.i still will wrap the cap tubing at the other end of the flex hose,at the suction manifold.

yea i love to bench when i have time... (got that right Dissolved)

    i have a IC7-G and a P4C800deluxe 2.6g that does 3.55 on air.,NF7 v.2.0.xp1700 that will go past 3.0g(I am borrowing) hyperx pc3500,and pc4000,and twinmoss bh5.
    r9700 that does 500core,and a brand new r9800 i havent even touched yet.true power 550 and,pc power and cooling 510 power supplies.
not to speak about all the cooling i have.

    VERY NICE!
Very neat and clean looking setup Bro!
What kind of temps do you expect with all three evaps loaded? Any idea yet?
    You've really outdone yourself.....again!

    thanks bro....
well i am not finished with the block insualtion.i still like my boxed outer shell better.i will have to do some more research and designs before i will be happy,i am talking to a company now about aquiring some ceramic based high tech liquid insulation to try.i personal would like to find some of the material used in making pots and pans handles.this would be the best i believe if i can machine it to cover the blocks, but thats another story.

the temps..well i know the GPU i have tested down to -54f loaded and the cpu has gotten close to that.but this cpu is a newer a design i am testing so it is up in the air.chipset i just am trying to get around -10f or so.i think anycolder wont have a affect.
the cap tubes are all differant lenghts this time ranging from 100" to 180".
i should be able to crank it up i hope this weekend.

well i thought i might give a update this morning on the triple evaperator, before i have to get off this pc at work this morning.

did start up the unit at 5am this morning since i went to bed at 1am i sometimes wonder if i am still sane..LOL

but unit runs real good other than i have to readjust the cap tubing and up the compressor to a larger one.the extra evap/cap tube for the chipset i added although it is very small and i used 180" of .028"cap tubing is pushing the compressor too hard to keep me in a 10hg of vacuum i like to have.
the entire system is running about -46c on all three evaperators.the chipset block is doing better than i expected.but i have to slow it down some.i will add a section of .026 to the exsisting tubing as close to the evap as i can.as i dont need -46c on the chipset,so adjusting i will do.
and i have a few more new condensor units i will build a new one i hope this weekend between the prommies i will be working on.parts for them should be here tommorow.

i was using a new 10,000btu @45f compressor and it did fine with 2 evaperators, but 3 was too much flow.
so i have 2 new 15,000btu @45f compressors here.i will take one and set it up on a condensor and get it running soon i hope.
