I´d like to know if 2 sets of this 4Gb kit will run successfully on this motherboard with their nominal cas settigs of 4-4-4-12 and how much OC can I expect out of the 8Gb configuration, if any.

4x 2GB sticks?? It should work OK... I would expect maybe 1000mhz 5-5-5-15 and go from there.
