    Things might change between beta and release though, I'd assume.

    yeah some of the things in the beta patch are still purposely bugged like the FOV slider. also the ping in the scoreboard is false. shows 0 to 15 ping when im really pinging around 45 according to cmd.exe and 77 according to the in game stat net. dont know what to believe ;p

    its good epic is on top of things though. should be a lot of changed to the UI and server browser as they agreed with fans saying its kinda poopy :/

    I can't see they've addressed demo play back in 1st person..
    (it's stuck as third, when you use the cmd to change view in console its buggy as hell).

    Delete the UTGame.ini in My Documents\My Games\UTGame\Config and force the game to create a new file, then the FOV will be adjustable. Unfortunately, it's limited to a Max of 100 at the moment.

    yeah. you have always been able to view first person view with the "behindview 0" console command, which WAS bugged to face 1 direction in demo playback, but fixed in the patch.

    find the line in your UTGame.ini that reads:-
    Code:
    RangeData=(MinValue=80,MaxValue=100,bIntRange=1,NudgeValue=1,CurrentValue=90)
    it should be pretty self explanatory after that =]

    Getting the "connection failed" prob on almost all servers here. So many people seems to have the problem. Sucks really, hope they fix it soon.
