you should get crazy frames at 1024x768, but these drivers still need a little more work before i would say they are perfect

I have DiRT, it played perfect with the 7.11 drivers, 7.12 it wasn't playable, i havn't tried playing it yet since i installed the 8.1.

I'd like to see some more X-fire reviews. Has ATi tweaked their drivers to allow most games to utilize Xfire? 2900pro are screaming for my bx2
As Los Alamos director J. Robert Oppenheimer watched the demonstration, he later said that a line from the Hindu scripture the Bhagavad Gita came to mind:
"I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds."
Test director Kenneth Bainbridge in turn said to Oppenheimer, "Now we are all sons of b**ches." wiki

guys, just wanted to now what are your top 3dmark06 stable freqs on the GPU, on stock voltage?
I'm asking cause, even after flashing a new BIOS (successfully), even though it doesn't block instantly after putting the GPU on 862+MHz, I it isn't 3dmark06 stable at 864+MHz, it just crashes after some time. (on stock vcore, of course)

EDIT: temps don't ever go above 33-34C according to Rivatuner...

    I do 3Dmark06 at 860/1200.

Sounds like your hitting the 860/870 wall on the stock bios. To get past it, you have to flash the card to the new bios.

As i posted HERE, 860/1306. Which however is not a guarantee for gaming stability.
The stock bios of this card is known stable up to 862 to be precise. I don't know if the new revisions of the card are sold with a new bios.
