Ok so I powered on my system when my 8800GTx lit up the case and when I checked this ship burnt up. Is there anyway to replace this. It looks to be PWM

personally id rma it but up to you, you could find stats on it and try that, if you ask the manufacture they may send a replacement but doubtful.

It can be replaced with basic soldering iron. Been there done that.. several times. It might be helpful to find what caused that failure, because mosfets don't burst in flames often without reason (lack of cooling, short circuit, overloading etc) but it is possible.
It looks like the main source of the smoke is the ram chips. Could this have led to a short backfiring to the mosfets? Look at the damage on the PCB near the RAM, it's all bubbled. Could you have had some leakage from the block?
Currently running an ES Black Ops with a Qx9650 under SS, and a variety of Crossfire combos, and a Biostar Tpower i45 with an E8500 (air) and a variety of Crossfire combos. Both with 2x1gb of Ballistix (DDR2/3 PC2/3 8500) FSP 350w/ Galaxy DXX 1000w PSU's.
The whole PCB look totaly normal except for that one burnt chip that I highlighted

He's right, the PCB definitely looks distorted from that shot above the upper-right most ram ic. Otherwise, I'd imagine that to be way too small but not having any great soldering knowledge.
Ok my RMA was just completed and MSI shipped it off on the 20th and it should be here on the 23 Wooot!!!!
Happy thanks giving !!!
