need your input regarding my WC setup..
lo all, it's time to hear from you guys regarding my WC setup
hardware:
E6320 @ 7x350MHz stock vcore - stock Intel HSF - rock solid stable
IP53-E with beta 13 BIOS
2x 2x1GB SuperTalent DDR2-800 RAM (D9) @ 450MHz 4-4-3-8 @ 2.1v
6200TC for now -LOLOLOLOL- will be getting a 8800GT or better..
Tagan 2Force 530W
cooling:
DD RBX (yes, i still use it from the days of my OL' XP1700+! ) with dozens of extra nozzels
DD Maze chipset (again, from the days of the NF7-S rev2.0 )
DD Maze4 (well, i have 3 of them, the old one & another set of new 2 ones made for SLI..)
BIXII (from the same ERA LOLOLOL)
Swiftech MCP655 & the OL' trusty Eihem 1048
Swiftech Microres & an old double bays 5.25" one
heaps of tygon (1/2" ID) / 120mm fans (including Tornado's ) / Teflon / AS3 /
AS5.....
TT Extreme Spirit II
about 1KG of pure cooper HS's & 1.5KG of Alu ones!
1. which nozzle # to use with the RBX, with only one pump, the MCP655 & the loop will contain:
CPU WB / Chipset WB / VGA WB / RAD
2. regarding the loop order, how about the following:
RAD -cool water- >> pump >> RBX >> (1) VGA > (2) Chipset >> Y adapter >> res >> RAD -hot water-
3. water additives, i've been reading about it 3 days now, well it's a bit confusing these days! LOL 4 years ago, it was water + water-wetter. but now..?!
if i'm not mistaken, the only reason for such additive in PC WC, is to illuminate corrosion, since the water/coolant 's temp won't be more than 60C in the best! eh?
that's it for now, i'll resume the WB's lapping/cleaning..

come on, it's true that the RBX is old, but don't you have any idea?
