How about a reccommendation or idea?

I am machining a 3/8" thick copper cold plate for use between the cold side of a T.E.C and the CPU. Where do you think would be the best place to permanently mount a temperature sensor to read the cold side? I plan on using an inexpensive "Temperature Monitor", like those sold at many of the on-line PC sites. Specificaly the one from 1COOLPC.
