Holy smokes lol. eRAM, that could be a great thing to add yea if it will be used for AA and alike.

350W sounds out of the question, even if it was a dual (or triple ) PCB card it would require some monster cooling but I don't think they'd be ready let go a 350W beast be sold to millions of customers. I'm thinking of mother nature of course.

    1024bit lol nah. 0.5ns GDDR5 sure...

This is BS. eRAM sounds plausible though.

    R750XT: 8-core, 64 ROP 256US 1024BIT, 20MB eRAM, using GDDR5 0.5ns 1GB/2GB
    R750GT: 6-core, 48 ROP 192US 768BIT, 20MB eRAM, using GDDR5 0.5ns 768MB/1.5GB
    R700XT: 4-core, 32 ROP 128US 512BIT, 10MB eRAM, using GDDR4 0.7ns 512MB/1GB
    R700GT: 2-core, 16 ROP 64US 256BIT, 10MB eRAM, using GDDR4 0.7ns 256MB/512MB
    R700LE: 1-core, 8 ROP 32US 128BIT, using GDDR3 1.2NS 256MB/512MB

DX10.1A, HDMI 1.3, Displayport, UVD+, TSMC 45nm (i don't think so), fastest card come with 350Watt TDP (impossible)
I call it BS. DX10.1A? No...And there is no such thing beyond DX10.1 yet.

768 and 1024Bit? Do I have to remind that both nVidia and ATI is going backwards here due to cost. And thats just with 512bit and down.

    Several cores? Nopes.

256SP? 64ROP? That would be like quad 2900XT.

    350W? Hah...

20MB eDram would also be too little for free AA at high res if I aint mistaken. Xbox can only do that in 720P with 10MB. So we are atleast talking no free AA on 24" widescreens and up. Yet more BS.

Why do we even get such posts? Its been a runaway hype ever since Sony started with PS3 specs and theorectical numbers.

Its not even a rumour. Its pure scifi fantasy.

Let me give you another rumour then. Next R800 will do 35Tflops, consume 1W and cost 10$ while sporting a 1Gbit wide memory bus with 18Exabyte memory. Oh, and its 10000 cores!!!11111one

Now here is the tricky part. Its not disallowed to THINK and stop posting crap that even FUD or theinq wouldnt post.

The problem ever since the sony incident is. That you cant ignore such things anymore. Because if you do, it wont take long before 100 people starts to believe it. We already seen that over and over again. R600 was the last time if we just stick to the radeon part. And RV670 is already getting some "boost" too in that area.

And it ends up with people whining because this created fantasy didnt turn out right. And then we gotta hear on how the company failed to deliver. Its like buying a lottery ticket and expecting to win...

This is completely 100% true. Remember the 32-pipe rumor for R520, and R600 rumors.

All information on R700 and 9800s from Nvidia is bs atm.

    Please stay on topic.

thats BS. 256bit would be for lower end cards, not new top performance cards.

Yeah, that seems to be the only problem with the "specs"

Man these ever changing GPU names are annoying. I thought there was no 9800...?Or was that the 8900?...

There is no 9800. Only new 8800GT and 8800GTS.

why wouldnt there be a 9800 (unles ofc they totaly change their naming scheme)?

I know that the next Nvidia GPU will be the G92 (it stil is named that rite?) wich will get the name 8800GT.

But the G92 is a die shrinked G80 wich comes to replace the 8800GTS but has more unlocked shaders then the GTS does.

But that doesnt mean that Nvidia doesnt have a new GPU lineup waiting.

When the Geforce 7800 came we also didnt hear any rumors of it until shortly before release.

    None.
Only a dual G92 for January.
Also R680 is a dual RV670 for launch in January.
