    Incredible as always NewBeetle.
With such an overclock, wouldn't it be possible to beat the 3dmark01 WR? At least the 2900xx WR i think.

    I did Hideo's vcore mod.
But you can adjust only 0.01-0.07V by this mod.
If you want to gain 1.8V or more vcore, you need to use older BIOS which can set 1.10000-2.40000V.

    My P5E cannot work at 3DMark '06.....
I will change the mobo from P5E to "Abit IX38-QuadGT".

This result is a favor of "BIOS Editer for 2900XT" at FOXCONN's site.
Next I want to challenge the 06.

    I tested "IX38-QuadGT with QX9650 & 2900PRO.
But the screen did not show anything.......

I gave up 3D bench and did pie bench.
And I got good result though the mobo was no mod.

I will be back to the pie bench world soon.

    No screen input?
If you use custom biosses, which you probably do, then you get problems with Abit motherboards. The reason for this is the bios checksum changes when it's modded. With an Hex editer you can edit the checksum.
I had this problem myself with an Abit board.

    You quit with 3d benching?

Thank you very much for your information, ownage-san.
By your explanation, I have understood the reason why no screen input.

I will shift the weight of the action to pie benching though I do not stop 3D benching at all.

That doesn't sound like a succesful bench session at all New Beetle .
Congratz on your previous 2005 Xfire WR , didn't even know that was done as I didnt see it on the orb, why no publish??
Was 1100mhz the max gpu clock you could achieve on your 2900 pro's ??
