Can somebody test this board compared to NF570/590? I heard rumors that AM2+ boards will be few % faster than AM2 with K8 CPU's.
Bit of a change in plan regarding build .. changed case to a Z-Machine (which was the case I was going to get in the first place) and added a Raptor X to the build as well for that extra bling bling and all
Probibly will not get the stuff to build until Friday it would seem .. am rather apprehensive and all as this will be my first rebuild/build in about a year.
looks like i'm going to have to buy an AMD CPU after such a LONG time
got one of these boards arriving soon

Nice man, i cant wait till the Asus 790 mobo comes out!!
So how does this new chipset compare to the best of the old chipset i.e your old DFI NF590SLI...
Do you find you can squeeze more Mhz on same volts?
3dmark06 score any better on same settings as per NF590SLI mobo?
I know that i wont be going Quad Crossfire anytime soon but they all come with it... so really what other then that feature is the bord better? Spec wise?
PCIE2.0 but that means all i thought as we not even using pcie1 to full yet?
CPU: Intel Q6600 @ 3600Mhz 24/7

MB: DFI LP LT X48-T2R
HDD:150GB WD Raptor X
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower 1000W
Screen: Dell 2407WFP
Sorry I canīt do any more testing right now, Iīm only home for lunch... Will do more testing later today. As for better oc, YES this board is much more stabil then my DFI 570/590, Priming know @ 3440 max with other board was 3370 or so.

So whos gonna be the first to bench a QuadFire?
Scan are outa stock so I wont get mine till Tuesday/Wednesday.
Did you people buy up all the stock or something ? heh
What sucks is its selling in many parts of the world but not the US.
BadNizze, could you please check max HT link and base frequency the board can handle (with lowered cpu-multiplier) - even if it might be limited by the cpu.
