    DX10 Roundup :Tomshardware

    Makes for pretty dire reading

    bring on rv670 (or 680 or whatever its called)

    edit: could someonr explain the world in conflict results for test 1 esp. @ 1920x1200 surely the 8800s should scale and not be hit or miss
    very dissapointed in the 2900's seriously puts me off buying a pair

    anyway as i say i cant wait until next month

    HD 2x00 is a lot better in DX9 than it is in DX10, ironically.

    Only because ATi has been playing catch up with NVIDIA and only focusing on the DX9 aspect of their drivers... thus far.

    Well Nvidia`s DX10 drivers aren`t have a ways to go as well when comparing dx9 vs dx10 frame rates.

    Not to mention, Tundra owns you ford-lover

    well atleast ati is getting somewhere looking at the performance at release compared to today theyve come a long way.

    but can anyone explain the world in conflict results surely it cant be a memory issue otherwise the 640 would have faired a bit better

    the tundra is only better if ur using ur truck as a car,

    but on the benchmarks, the comparisons in company of heros and world in conflict are bs they arnt fully dx10 and are programed to use 120 shaders so it makes no since why some1 would use it as a benchmark
