Striker Extreme not posting with certain PSU

I couldn't find anything like this already on the forums so I am making a thread for it. I can't get this striker extreme to power on with a thermltake 1000 watt psu, but I can with a Prudent Way 550 watt psu. The thermaltake will run any other system except this one. Is there some sort of incompatibility problem with this mob and certain PSUs?

If it means anything, I am building this for someone else and would like to get it up and running for him.

check the connectors, maybe there is a wire missing from the thermaltake that the striker needs but not your other boards.
