And If AMD don't want to work in collaboration with the press, we'll need to find other contact to obtain information under NDA whithout have signed it... and IMHO it'll be worse for AMD ^^ due to more and more leak about their work...

    JumpingJack, I repeat:

More than likely the first NDA is to cover pre-release products only.

First off, the non-disclosure agreement covered everything confidential said or written over the next two years on the product, and had a duration of five years, during which anything published or used in marketing would have to receive written approval from AMD before it could be used. Worse, at the end of the five years, all copies of the information made would have to be returned to the chipmaker.
    Woops, I win.

OK guys I've an AMD's NDA in my hand and look what's written...

Confidentiality Period : Recipient’s duty to protect Confidential Information pursuant to this Agreement expires five (5) years from receipt of Confidential Information.

It states Confidential Information as in the information is confidential. Once it is in the public domain it is no longer confidential.

Sounds like a bog standard NDA to me.

    humm they said :

everything that can be found can be revealed but you need to a proof that you can found it...

so I don't hink they'll diffuse "extremely confidential" information to press...
