Flashed wrong bios on my Gigabyte P35C-DS3R :S

Somehow dont ask me how I flashed F5 beta bios for P35-DS3R onto my P35C-DS3R by mistake, this was a few weeks ago when I got the board and its been working ok since, i only noticed it the other day when looking to see if I there was a new one, and noticed bios name at post. Somehow @bios allowed me to flash the wrong one to my board (from a file I had save locally) but now it wont allow me or Qflash to flash to the correct one, keep getting error such as Bios ID Check Error, been trying to suss out away of forcing the flash in DOS but with no luck as yet..... Any ideas
