Would it help to cool ram with dryice ?
Would i be abel to give ram more volt without killing them ?

I am not an expert, but I don't know if that has any impact over performance. Sure, in theory it is a good idea to give more volts and cool it properly, but will the ram respond to a voltage increase after certain limits? That is the question.
